A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your reservation. The
remainder of the full amount must be paid no later than the day of your event,
and before delivery of the games.
A security deposit is required on all rentals, and will be returned when the
rentals are returned in the same, clean condition they were rented out in.
Cancellation: If you must cancel please let us know right away. If you cancel
30+ days out, all you will only lose is your deposit. 29 days -72 hours out, and
you will be charged 50% of your remaining fees. Less than 72 hours out, and
you will be charged 75% of the remaining fees. Sorry, but the deposit can not
be refunded unless we rebook your slot. In that case we will gladly return 100%
of your funds.
